the artiest's style is very nice, I also hope that we can get more volumes of Manyuu Hikencho too

I asked this a while ago in the request thread. Sadly, I don't think anybody here knows. I can't find raws of Volume 5 (or anything on it, for that matter) either.

I think it might have died. Which is a shame, because I absolutely love this guy's art style.

actally I just heard that japan just pass a law stating that in animes and manga's there is to be no signs of 'violace and sexual themes' in them, what that means for us is that this series is now dead, and the mangaka is no longer alowed to publish it in japan anymore, he can still draw it but he just can't sell it, or post it anywhere in japan

Actually that is fairly wrong, most stuff that was already restricted (IE most actual hentai) is completely unaffected by this law, it only affect normal manga and anime. And the ban is only in Tokyo, and Tokyo only.

ok I went to the official site and its says the release date was may 24th of this year. SO! its already out, just no one has put up raws of it yet it seems. Which is odd, so I'm guessing there is a problem with getting it out of country right now.

I ordered it on the 12th of this month, for the explicit purpose of disassembly for raw scanning. However, there was a problem with the addressing so I'm waiting for the return and refund to reorder. I had originally set it to ship to an independent delivery service. So now I'm thinking of using Amazon's International Shipping, the only drawback is shipping cost of $30USD. Perhaps those that can would like to donate a buck or two to assist in the project? PM me if you're interested and we can work out how.
Technical's of planned scan:
Width: ~1200*
Height: ~2400*
DPI: 3000
(*)=Approximations before editing (cropping, straightening, etc), dismissing double page spreads.
If you have a preference that is different from what I have above post it so we can collaborate on the best solution for all.

if your making raws and are good at it, make sure you only do double pages so seans that need two pages, I've seen too many crappy quality manga scans that are all double pages because the person was lazy, not to insult you but that my two-cents

As much as I'd love to believe, its kind of hard to get a donation drive going when no one knows who you are.

Honestly, I'm thinking of buying the new volumes myself for scanning purposes once I get my own place in about~ a year (my room-mate might feel uncomfortable with me ordering stuff of that sort).

So yeah, Volume VI (If there ever is one) may get scanned by me.
