Random: I thought Lilith was the embodiment of the power taken from Morrigan. At least that is what I remember and read on a wiki earlier today. Was that in the original game and her being Jedith's "aid"/minion was part of DS3?

Yes actually, her own ending has her fading away, leaving her energy into Morrigan being her only remains, or is it?
Morrigan's version leads to her MvC incarnation where they willingly fused back together.

Oh, I'm sure you do too, it's just that there's only so many hours in the day, ha. There's nothing wrong with it, it's just a bit of a bummer that in order to gain Suti the great artist we had to lose Suti the great spriter. ^^;

The clapping one was done by Strider Hien / Raiden from over at the BEA. As far as I know he's been retired for years though.

Lilith wasn't created until Darkstalkers 3. It was retconned at that point that Morrigan had power sucked out before the series began. Then Jedah gives her a body in 3 to lure Morrigan. The two fuse back together in Morrigan's endings in DS3 and MvC1.
