seikon no qwaser season 2

After seeing this, and the first thread, poking my interest, I decided to look it up through it's manga. I've only read the first few chapters, and I don't really get it. Maybe it's the poorly done translations of Mangafox.com, or maybe it's just me. But I really don't get this.

Taking weird liberties with western religions, having characters manipulate metal (like that other anime/manga), and using breastfeeding as the fanservice/power-up? Mind you, that's how I'm looking at this. There's probably something going on that's way over my head.

My opinion may be that of a typical, non-Japanophile, westerner curmudgeon, but someone has to come along and tell you kids to get off his lawn =P I do like some anime and manga, preferable the ones that have an ending, but my tastes have matured from the Dragon Ball Z days of old.

There's a story yeah, but who cares? Cool shit happens and big boobs get milked. If I wanted thought provocation I'd read a novel. It's such a rare occurance to see BE scenes like the one in this(I know it's not in the manga, but alot of implied BE is), I don't want them to change anything as long as there is a chance there is more of that.

Nope, I think that sounds about right.

In before I watch Seikon no Qwaser for the plot. More or less from watching the show but not reading the manga, it comes off as a shonen style series. Just take out the breast feeding, some of the more severe BDSM themes and it pretty much is cut and dry shonen material.

The second season just aired, the redhead female protagonist seems to be way bigger than she used to in the chest area.
Waiting for the uncensored version of the first episode tho

According to the anime's official website the Director's Cut airs every Sunday after the TV Cut airs. So the first Director's Cut episode will be on the 17th.

maybe that's what fansub groups are waiting for since seen none of them posted a sub anime

I personally can't keep from twitching in my seat over this. I mean... that BE scene from Season 1 will NEVER leave my pc harddrive. It truly was that memorable.

I'm sure alongside myself there are tons of people crossing their fingers harder than ever in hopes for yet another incomparable BE scene.

I just watched the first episode censored and without subtitles, and I've gotta say I'm very curious as to what the heck was going on.



So, according to the poster a few posts above me, the director's cut comes out every Sunday, which I'm sure will contain the uncensored extended version. My guess is a subtitled version of that will be on the web by late evening or definitely the next day.

If I find any links to the uncensored, subtitled content, I will definitely post them here.

I hope others will do the same
