It just aired a few hours ago and no raws are available yet, so I can't say for sure whether there's process or not yet, but it appears that some Bust and Butt Expansion are flying around in this most recent ep.

Manyuu Hikenchou is the show focused on (err, sorry, obsessed with) breast size this coming summer season, so I should do more research before posting false information.

though only time will tell if Dororon will have process..

as far as a stream is concerned, one should look at gogoanime or something (it's not uploaded yet, but patience is a virtue)

and the other chapters? i've seen it aren't BE but yes fanservice, and it seems a remake of an old anime, or not?

it is a remake from the 70's version, yes. the raws are up now, so only a matter of time before gg subs finishes it up.
