You mean like a cartoon? I wish!
No, 3D animations already cost a bunch, hand-animated cartoons many times more so.
Anthroanim is doing another 3D animation at the moment, but he's swamped with work at the moment so it's been delayed for quite a while. But I doubt I'll ever commission a full blown hand-drawn animation.
