Saw this back when I came across the listing of breasts in anime. Also of note in the two episode series:
- Elf protagonist has decent sized breasts - Harpies aren't bad looking The only other actual process that takes place, though, is that I believe it was the main character's grandmother visiting him. Anyway, whenever she has sex with someone, she steals some of their youthfulness. And she certainly enjoys having sex with people. I seem to recall some off camera Male AP/Female AR, but it's Adult/Elderly level stuff, which I don't think is too popular 'round these parts. All in all, it was actually a somewhat tasteful hentai. Not really any of the stuff that the squeamish might avoid, such as drawn out sex, tentacle rape (the doctor gets nasty, but not extremely if I remember right), etc etc etc.

The female AR in the second episode isn't even worth looking into really. You do not even see her before.
