No, vore is not a TF. People can put vore fetish alongside TF if they want to on their own site it's their space they can do what they wish with it.. but they are separate and distinct things. People (one in particular who I shall not name) has both on one site, most likely because it'd be easier than making an entirely separate site just for vore. The only process I think straight vore entails is WG/belly expansion on the part of the vore-er. There's no process on the Vore-ee unless there's something else going on. Like, I've seen vore-ees transform into eggs once inside the vore-er, or once turned into a goo-girl (actually a "Milk monster") when breast-vored.

Still, in terms of basic "Eaten and digested" vore, yeah, there's no process there.
