No process, but the comic itself doesn't really focus on her anyway. She is a secondary character. It's a pretty funny comic.

Empowered, the titular character, has superpowers based on her costume. When it is intact she is very powerful, but as her suit gets more and more torn up she gets weaker and weaker (and notably more naked.)

It's a funny parody.
