Why does that spell even exist? (BE story)

I don't care if I get flamed. Whatever. My main concern is if I'd need to edit anything to make it fly over there. I'm not sure what they allow as far as... er... sexness? I mean, I don't intend to get much more detailed than what happened in chapter 8 (the one where Carline got huge and climaxed twice) as far as that goes, but things like that are my issue.
