Well, this is just an informative post about this topic. Sadly, last season the only female werewolf in the series was killed so early so we couldn't enjoy it. But this time it's almost confirmed that Lydia will "turn" into something:

Screaming in the shower and running outside naked = transformation?

Based solely on this, something scared her in the shower and she ran outside without getting dressed.

She could be staring at her hands transforming in that shower pic and the pic outside she is completely dry and wearing a hospital bracelet and there are leaves in her hair hmmmmmmmmm maybe just maybe

Well, I suspect that she will be some kind of "omega" werewolf with just some fangs and claws. And no, we are not going to see a single nipple out there

But we have to be positive: this is better than nothing. Or at least better than a guy .

Yeah, I am not much confident, but it is sad that this is the best we have for the next months. No new female-werewolf movies in the horizon (just that Jack & Diane whose werewolves haven't been seen yet, and the other Love Bite that looks as disappointing as the "bad ol'" Cursed movie).

Lack of female werewolf stuff comes down to the fact As far as the television and film industry are concerned werewolves are not a sexy female monster.

Eh, the Teen Wolf werewolves are kind of a disgrace. How she wound up naked, however, is beyond me. I thought their transformations were just claws fangs and a bit of body hair?

Probably not too much of a leap to suppose that she gets savaged, ends up at hospital (thus the bracelet), first unaware wolf-out in shower, runs about in woods before reverting.
