It's just swelling right after. If there's another movie to see it's defiantly not worth the ticket, but if the time matches up and you've seen everything else, it's not really a waste.

I apologize for being off topic as far as BE, but I read up on the plots and saw that the "Happy Birthday" sketch (with Sean William Scott getting beat up by a leprechaun [played by Gerard Butler...really]) ends with a fairy promising a BJ.

She's normal sized and nothing happens. It's mentioned at the very end of the scene that she sucks cocks for gold coins. After that she smiles, we get a reaction shot from the guys and it fades to black.
