Hmm.. well I'd feel silly if I didn't suggest a werewolf transformation curse.
Or a snake TF (woman's head on tiny snake body after she's slipped out of her clothes)
A fairy TF.
A tree TF.
Statue curse.
Tiger woman curse.
Curse of invisibility where the clothes are still visible.
A ghost curse where her body becomes intangible and transparent and her clothes fall through her.
A goo-girl curse where she's oozed out of her dress as a liquid and reformed nude.
