OK... Here's what I have so far! Don't know if there is more or if I've missed something.

1. Two levers on Right panel need moving down. (Lowers Lasers)
2. Click on outline image on right monitor. (Aims Lasers)
3. 3 Vertical buttons on Left. Press bottom one. (Starts Lasers)

Breasts:
1. Using the outline image move lasers to point at breasts.
2. Select breasts on diagram outline window and move slider bar to max. (Breast grow)
3. Click the 3 shirt buttons quickly in succession, all 3 within a Second [Top, Bottom, Middle works well] (Shirt breaks open)
4. Aim lasers back at breasts [if moved] and wait for slider to return to half full, then slide back to top for Max Growth! (Breasts reach Max size!)

Thighs (Butt):

1. Aim lasers at hips, then select Legs on Outline image and move slider to top. (Butt Grows)
2. The skirt will have shrunk and is now click-able at the crotch [Click and Drag Down] and will break away. (Skirt Breaks)
3. Aim Lasers at hips and the slider will move down to 3/4 full. Move back to top for max growth. (Butt Grows to max!)

Lips and Hair:

1. Aim Lasers at lips
2. Click lips on Outline image
3. Move slider to top. (Lips grow)

1. Click Torso on outline image, unselect top box that appears next to image (Removes hat)
2. Aim laser at hair
3. Click head on Outline image and then move slider to top. (Hair Grows)

DickGirl Mode:

IMPORTANT: For this to work you MUST have had maximum breast size (Moves console back to reveal middle lever) and removed skirt (allows dick to grow)

1. Switch off lasers (Bottom Left Button)
2. Raise middle lever (revealed by console moving back)
3. Press MIDDLE button on left panel and wait (Dick and Balls grow)
4. Reactivate lasers and aim at base of dick
5. On outline image a dick and balls should have appeared, select them, then move slider to top for max growth! (Dick and Balls Grow to max size)

Individual Adjustment:

Allows you to select either Left or right breast, Left or right leg, dick or balls.

1. After activating dickgirl mode you can click the top button on the left console.

Reset:

1. When lasers are not running Hit the Red Button on right to reset clothing and size.


That is all I have found so far. Anything else please let me know.

If you click the panels underneath the buttons quickly enough, you'll reveal milking equipment and a tentacle monster. However, at this time I don't think there's anything you can do with them; just a teaser for the next update, maybe?

Crazy hard that bit, cant move that fast, but the tab and enter keys solved that that problem!

Right-click, Save Target As...

Either right-click, Open As... with your favorite browser; or open your favorite browser, File > Open...

It should just load as if it were a standard Flash animation.

Also, fix your File Associations.

ok i must have the worst luck ever i tried what vince told me to do and yet it didn't work but ty anyways and than thumps i dowlaoded that stand alone flash player i still nothing plz help i'm a huge fan of smith's work i'd really love to play this flash

Uhm.. I don't know how to say this linearly without it sounding condescending, so I'll just put it in list format.
1. Download file
2. Unzip File (file is compressed as RAR - WinRar can open it free last I checked if on Windows)
3. Drag unzipped file into browser. It should open right up if you're using Firefox, Opera, or Chrome...
...if you're using Internet Explorer.... well you shouldn't ever have to use Internet Explorer... L.L that thing picks up viruses like a hobo picks up hookers...
