I'm not so sure it's a game at all. I think it's just artwork to illustrate the idea "what if Princess Maker met Strip Poker", considering that there are more images in that sequence where the girl is in various states of undress.

^ This. It's pretty much an artist whom drew inspiration from the princessmaker series, most likely #5. In princessmaker 5 your daughter could have quite a sizeable chest, but it only shows a difference at specific stages, with G-I being the biggest.
Although in numeric values she could be a max 150 inches or whatever its called. ;p
