Yozakura Quartet: Hana no Uta AP

Surprisingly, the 2nd episode featured an AR sequence of another character this time. A purple-haired girl dressed as a nun is squizzed into a child form by a boy in a hat. I can't really figure out what's going on except the fact they are brother and sister.

I thought this episode was supposed to be a filler as well, but then I wonder if this setting for the character is actually from the original series?
