BE in Fred Perry's LVL UP!
Since it wasn't mentioned before, wanted to show a small find done by the talented yet hard-working comic book artist around, Fred Perry. He finished the latest strip for his FFXII-XIV fan series, LVL UP!, shows former main character Calcula helping out her tall daughter by keeping hold of her findings and decides to finally give her the opportunity to snatch her daughter's only solution of being flat no more. Fred has done BE on rare occassions but he does a great job at it. enjoy.

Indeed. He's been getting into it as of late. Its not just LVL Up! but in the commissions he drew for his fans. I know I had a couple of expansion related pics shown in my blog but last year he did a pic of ExpansionFanComics's Cleavage Crusader shown in his DA page.

If you mean the comic in the OP, you to know about his original comic. I'll try and give you the short version: In his original comic based in FFXI, Calc is a Mythra (cat-girl) who in self-conscious (due to teasing from her friends and family) of being flat. She tried many times to increase her bust, but never succeeded.
The new series Mr. Perry is doing takes place in FFXIV but has call-backs to the original. In it, Calc is the mother of the new main character. In FFXIV, I guess Squ-enix gave players an in-game item to change their character's appearance. In the comic prior to this one (http://lvlup.tsunami-art.com/View.aspx?Rec=370) the MC found said item. In the comic posted, Calc gets her hands on it and ... well you see the results. Last panel is with her husband, Erge.
