Presumably there will be, but this one was just published March 24th (found it on AmazonJapan). So I'm guessing it's a rather new manga just going into compilations. (I think I'm reading that this began its run last May.)

Looking at some other pages in translation*, this manga can be read as an Edo-period action story. The overarching premise, though, seems to be that status is determined by breast size! The title translates as something like "The witches' breast secret sword", so there is some involvement with magical spells, as you surmised from the pages shown. It looks like we could reasonably expect to see some growing in these stories...

*The Beta-translation on Google still has problems with Japanese, but is better than what we had a couple years ago (and it's a lot faster than I could do a more careful translation)...

The third shot of the open manga shows a panel not shown in the manga we have on the winzip files, so there may be more coming our way soon.

As far as I can make out to this point, this is something of a gag manga appearing irregularly* in the magazine, which generally covers games, manga, doujin-soft, etc. It sounds like it may be continuing in the magazine beyond what is in this first volume, so we can probably expect more (but probably not another compilation until maybe early next year). This seems to be the sort of series that could really be ended at any time...
