In the show the main character had a little sister who can change part way. But in one ep an odd moon causes anyone he touches to be a full werewolf for one night. Including the little sister and his girlfriend.

Gotta admit I'm interested now.
So far Google and its cousins have proven to be pointless. Any links to the material are dead and buried.  As far as clips/episodes are concerned they're dead anyway, except some screengrabs thanks to Xeophane.
