Hello,

Searching a very old video.

A girl is in the forrest.
Her hand suddenly grows gigantic, then her head, and finally, her whole body.

I do know the clip, regretfully I do not know the anime nor do I have and saved version of such. I can however expand your description it involves three girls in a forest talking. One a girl with black or brown hair and some sort of white boy(Or Elfen Lied head protrusions, memories a fickle thing.) is convinced to take a nibble of something (Alice in Wonderland reference incoming) which causes her to grow as described above.
