No, you are going to see bad FX with mostly offscreen stuff, believe me. It is taking long simply because it is not THAT important for them. I mean, they are not making money for that.
My guess: in the best case, fake lens, claws and patches of fur. Forget about nudity, it will show details of hands and face and then fast into the fursuit. Yes, she is naked in the beginning of the scene, but I repeat, you are not going to see much detail... and a "overall high camera action" take is beyond the budget (and talent) of even mainstream shows.
