The complaint was that the content in addition to being on a website full or invasive malware only covers the topics of Growth and Shrinking. Growth and Shrinking have dedicated sub-forums which means if content only involved growth and shrinking then it belong on the forums which are specifically for such content. If you ignore categorization of content type and post any content to any forum then you make having categorized sub forums serve no function at all.
