When I saw this post, I was wondering about that sort of thing too. Since everyone knows how much I am personally against clothes growing or shrinking with the subject whether it be a Giantess or a Shrunken Woman. But When Qzar mentioned the following...

It turned into a horror story for me O_O... Though I guess simple fake eye lashes, nail polish, etc. Is still fine, but the technical stuff... well it would make for a awesome gore scene I guess ^^;

Now that would be cool to see, and her having some painful expressions as her whole body shrinks slowly, her implants remain the same and start to pull her breasts' skin in all directions as her overall mass dwindles. She would have a shocked expression at first and then a painful expression as she starts to reach a child like size stature. Since by then her mass should be small enough to cause her over all space in breast tissue, flesh, and skin to become tight across said implants. But after reaching child size stature. This is where Qzar's half comes into play, and either the implants burst (Which is also bad) or her skin begins to tear and well... do I really need to go on?

But with that said, what if her implants where made of something safe, so if they did break, it wouldn't kill her? But instead she loses the fake boobs look and the liquid that was feeling the implants, not serves as the new implants and stretch's her breast. Basically think belly expansion or inflation, instead solely in the breast area instead. Though with this said, the same result could happen again, but instead, probably less gory. But still awful for the subject. Unless you are into that stuff XD

Overall, the only way we can enjoy the matter of inanimate objects not chaining size can work, but only if the subject doesn't change in size too much to hurt them, or you bend the reality of and cause only some inanimate objects not to change with them or to have their said body, breasts for this area. To be able to stretch to unrealistic proportions and the likes.

So basically. Either the subject shrinks to a certain height or you have to bend the very rule we all hate so much. And allow some unrealism to occur during the fantasy to allow it to happen or again, if you are into the darker side of all this, then well, shrink her down with braces, implants and the likes ^^;
