The 70's version of the Island of the Doctor Moureau. I must say that the makeup of the movie was not bad, even for today standards... well, it is obvious that the skills to perform artistic make-up is strongly dependant on the talent of the artist, and not much on the budget (well, nowadays if we take credit on the producers, the costs of fx and make-up seem to be ten times higher for "professional" ones).
