While, yes, this is TG, I'm definitely thinking it counts more as TF.

Don't get me wrong, it's good art, and I love that the guy is wearing that shirt. But the TF aspect is much more readily apparent than the TG one. I'd move it, but if Vengeance is already asking the Gov I'll wait to see what Gov says.
