Hello,
I completed the purchase and DID receive the purchase confirmation email. But, there is no download link and the website redirected too quick (so I don't know if there was one). And no, I don't have an account on sizechange

Why would anyone not register for an account, is my question. I mean, it saves your info for future checkouts and lets you reaccess old downloads if you lose the files.

Cause the site never said, "Please make an account before purchasing".

You don't have to create an account to get the comics. The website also sends a download link when you buy a comic regardless if you create an account or not. It's possible the email with the download link went to spam, email address was entered incorrectly or the email was blocked for whatever reason or there was some ccbill error. I am always happy to help if any of this happens, which thankfully isn't very often.

If you do create an account and are logged into your account when you buy the comic you have the advantage of being able to download your comic from the website at any time.

I'd love to know what you guys thought of this comic to help shape later SW related releases.

I had similar problems after buying some comics on the website recently, I only received the billing statement but not a separate follow up pdf attachment email that normally comes with it. Tried getting in contact with them to correct the problem but no answer, website did not emphasize membership so I bought it without signing up. Checked spam, no luck their so hopefully they will get in contact soon to help fix this problem cause I greatly enjoy their comics.

Sorry for the problem, I just sent you the downloads via private note and email. I'll have my web designer look over the system again - the good thing is only the people that have posted here have contacted me about a problem, but I am hoping to figure it out so no one has this issue again. I do know it sometimes ends up in spam/junk mail or the email on the sites dont match. Creating an account helps resolve all these issues, I may have to set the site so that people have to create an account to avoid these problems. I also plan on providing perks down the road for people who create an account such as an exclusive gallery and coupons.
