I've yet to follow any of these, but from the far outside, it is really incredible the scale you've grown what seems to be an incredible small business servicing pretty much every major following on the site.

Will it be strictly subscriptions? Or will you also allow to pay per comic?

For now, just subscriptions. Feel free to sign up for a month or two to try it out then cancel and return in the future when there are more comics to read. Or if you really enjoy the site, remain a member and help us create more comics and pinups.
