Thanks for the advice; it proved unexpectedly timely yesterday. After little to no effect beyond the dreams mentioned above, I felt I was safe going to work, but only made it midway through the day when I was seized and overcome with a fizzing, trembling sensation, as though every part of my body was struggling to maintain its present shape. At risk of being overcome, I thought of what you said, squeezed my eyes shut, bore down and somehow... pushed the sensations to places no one would notice, and released. The change rushed out of me like I was releasing a steam valve, snaking a tail down my left pant leg. Inspection in the (thankfully) private unisex bathroom near my office, I found I had sprouted a long, lionlike tail, covered in fine white hairs and tufted at the end. Speaking of unisex, I also realized that I must have released some of the strange energy to the unseen area beneath my shirt, because I could feel an unfamiliar softness beneath the skin of my chest, and my areolae were a few Pantone shades darker. The surge has passed but in the intervening hours I've noticed a creeping, cramping tension in my genitalia, as though I've been out in cold weather. So I think things are slowly progressing, surges or no.

There are also those horns I was telling you about Grieff. I'm still not sure if they're going to get any bigger
