The 1987 film Hunk was a comedy in which a nerdy male does a pact in order to become... well, a Hunk. I can't speak for the whole film, I couldn't get too far into it. However, if interested in male oriented material, there is actually a decent amount of process and special effects given during his transformation if you are interested in male TF.

Not only have I seen it, I own it on DVD. The male TF scene is by far the best thing about it. (Also, the lead female actress is super hot, but she doesn't get a process scene.)
