The thread title is wrong, this is most likely an AR image due to the text:
"子供に” (To a child)

I can't identify the manga with the limited information available, but the fact that it uses furigana in the text means that it is not a hentai manga. Hmm...

EDIT: I found the thread where the OP image was posted (hint for people with slow minds: use the filename and the search feature), but it seems that whoever posted it didn't bother to properly label it.
