iShoujo vol 3 Ch 19 seems to have IB and / or AR / AP in it, as well as RN. It's in Japanese so I'm not totally sure, but here are some relevant bits anyway.

A girl likes a guy, but can't seem to get his attention. It seems he is more interested in well endowed girl, while she is a small, slight gymnast.

She uses a magical app to give herself a form that gets his attention.

I've left some out, look up the full vol if you are interested. Lots of non-IB stuff in the first 2/3 of the volume, tho.
