I'm not the best at tracking these series from the Philippines, but I found a recently posted clip in the same style as "La Luna Sangre". I think it's possibly a story about three werewolves (1 good male, 1 evil female, and 1 recently turned female) that's part of an existing series but it may last more than one episode.

Interesting that the females transform with all their clothes on. It is the first time in history that this happens, for sure
