You probably won't find it online but the two chapters that exist were published in Kadokawa's Dragon HG (Hyper Grade) magazine. 2002 vol 4 and 5. The bottom two in this pic (not mine)
You can search for ドラゴンHG on auction sites or second hand shops in Japan
I was informed about it on Farhard's tg manga site. You think he has a copy?
