Saw on 4chan once then never again. A stereotypically nerdy-looking girl, blonde frizzy hair, with a smirk on her face, APs into a surprised bombshell. Much appreciated, in advance.

Thank you for that. However I was actually thinking of another one, never seen this one before. Seems like there are variations on this specific premise, crazy. The one i was thinking of is in a different style, and has a stage or two of process as well

Most likely saw it on the same 4chan thread you did, I just saved it. That said, I think it's an OC someone keeps commissioning, although they don't maintain their own gallery.
