Not sure if this qualifies for this thread as I'm not even sure if you can romance someone who doesn't transform in this Visual Novel Game. But it's a huge Achievement in the TF Community for it not to get a mention. Someone should revive its thread if it's been talked about here before.
You play as a woman who drinks a mysterious tea that turns her into a mouse, you can get a standard TF story by giving in to the changes immediately or actually explore its true story by fighting the changes and try to live a normal life or change it to something much more unique.
Play as a soldier returning to home to find his childhood friends turn into interesting creatures as he romances one of them and these changes are also quite liberating for them too.
