It's the same artist of one that was already posted. I think Acme posted it. Whoever it was, they didn't include this in the attachment: it ended after the girl had her breasts sucked/blown (disguised as volleyballs) and then she had a scared thought of her breasts getting so big, she floated away.

Your memory might need some refreshing since you actually posted content from this manga after downloading all six volumes of it.

The title is "Seishun Binta". Tjohnta posted up the chapter in this thread before he got stressed out by the board's double standard attitude.
