Noobs, cant belive I was one at one time. . . oh well. Try looking around the threads first and following links and crap like that. You never know what you'll find. I suggest starting at the BEA.

And try learning english. People from other countries post here with a better grasp of the language than you're demonstrating. The only excuse for that degree of laziness is if you're like, 6 years old or something. Take the extra ten seconds to write your post correctly, for crying out loud.
