I was indeed harassed, annoyed and mistreated...by security guards.
I never had run-ins with cops, it's always security guards at malls. Once, they harassed me because I scratched my back in font of them. Another time, they harassed me because I wanted to read a book on a bookstore. Another time, some middle-age psycho bursted into the restroom, dragged me out of the toilet and started beating the shit out of me, all the while screaming "GET AWAY FROM MY SON! GET AWAY FROM MY SON!" at the top of his lungs like a maniac. I never met this guy in my life, I have no idea who his son might be or what did I do to offend him or his insane dad. And guess what? The security guards just stood there and did nothing. I was in tears, and I had trouble getting to sleep that night. In order words, security guards are assholes. |
