Amy's Secret TG
In this series. Minako finds out that Amy is a dickgirl which will clear up the first page.
Around the end of series, Minako uses some gizmo called a "Cresent Moon Compact" to become a bishounen. Well she does become a guy. (Technically) Well this is a little different than the usuall male to female TG. |

This looks alot like sailor moon. They look the part and the "moon" compact and the name amy do match up to sailor moon.
