Seems to be a number of European / International titles all called "Lola" that is based off a guy turning into a woman with a fairly memorable "wake-up" scene that has been replicated in various languages:

Israeli version floating out there too.

I'm interested in seeing the "transformation" as well as the post-change that is mostly featured in the video. The transformation is glazed over in the Something Else remix.
