It's from a movie called "Waiting" IIRC. That particular video is a morph however.
In the original video she is just pregnant.

Then it's a very well executed morph. I didn't even noticed any blurrings common in morphs. Then again, I might not have been very perceptive.

Searched my other drive and found that I have the original clip.

The movie is indeed "Waiting".

Aw man...can't remember. I downloaded that from one of the (then) free video archives on BEA long ago.

I don't have a list of codecs I have installed, but it seems to play fine on media player classic with the Quicktime alternative codec.
