Here's something to scare you all, even you Subitaru, you've posted this before Subi, I have it in my selection of Mangas I've DLed from your posts. :P
But still, it's great to see a classic. Here's my take on what happens. This girl, who feels inadequate, goes to this other doc to get implants. The doc gives her a sedative & then as the girl sleeps she then is given a hormonal treatment & when she wakes, she gasps at having Beach Ball sized boobs. Then the doc proceeds to get her off with "Sexual exploits" & yadda yadda Girl comes, & her nipples triple in size. As the story continues, the girl realizes Bigger is better & the doc is bringing in her food. But that's just a guess. |

Here are working copies of what was given here. All I got so far, Fake_name is right in saying that Kanji cannot be read from this copy of the manga. Get some higher quality scans! ^^
I will edit if I should get more of it done.
