Although, during the course of the episode there's what appears to be some mini-BE with use of a magical spell. But it's more like a plump up to where the clothes just slide off, almost unnoticable makes for good comedy though.

The "mini-BE" was just a series of wardrobe malfunctions, no size change there, but nice. I also liked the vanishing clothing later on.

There wasn't really any growth process here, she just reappears as a giant version after disappearing.

There isn't any. Some of the girls get a spell cast on them that causes their clothing to slip off a little and their breasts pop out, but there is no BE.
