Looking for a tg/ts story

Hello all. I am looking for a tg/ts story I read a while back but can't find.
Basic details I remember.
- down on his love luck guy sees a dating or life style coach
- coach uses drugs and hypnosis to slowly turn his sexual identity from guy to fem.
- when guy questions coach's methods, coach tells him he needs to see things from a female perspective to understand why he's unlucky with the ladies.
- coach prompts him to start hanging with ladies from work and going out to the bars with them to hit on guys.
- eventually guy ends up acting like a woman/sissy and uses dating websites to meet guys.

I have searched for it but can't remember the title, names of the characters, or what site I found it on. If anyone can point me in the right direction, i would be grateful.
