Interesting, just looking at the images (especially that second one) it looks like genuine process happening in each frame, but they're all of different girls. Looking at some of the links in the site I think each one of them is just a dfferent character with progressively larger busts, so there might not be any real process going on. Still, it isn't hard to use some imagination to make the stretch.

The game has yet to be released (June 29th). I think that's one of the few (if only) times the artist has done anything blatantly bounyuu (Most of it is just oversizing popular copyrighted characters).

Anyway, since there's nothing to do but wait concerning the above title (Oppai Baka), a game that definitely has content relevant to people's interest:
"Koushin Houjuu~Usamimi Chouko Shiroku Nureru Jotai Tachi" by Arkshell has content pertaining to Bounyuu. I can't find any CG sets though...

I'll try and find a 100% save data cheat... okay, found one. Unfortunately, I don't have the bandwidth or space for such a large game. Replacing the old config.sav shouldn't be difficult.

Actually, it's just girls with different cup sizes, with fun exageration. I downloaded a trailer for the game on a mirror site. Moving CG, though it looks kinda weird, its still good. Still, no process.

The game is not out yet, so it's highly unlikely that you would have the CG set for "おっぱいバカ―おっぱい以外は認めない！！". It states it'll be released on 2007 June 29th . Unless you are talking about "Koushin Houjuu" which has been released since February~
