Redesigning Thread Necromancer

After sifting thru deviantART for the appropriate picture (with the artist's link at the bottom of the new card) and updating the card rules so that it resembles modern card rulings.

I'll put up the original pic for those who haven't seen it, because they were under rocks

They didn't use the term Resurrect in the Urza block I don't think.
