Wussy - Dolores and Alexandra are the only people with access to the serum; they distribute it to everyone else. And Dolores isn't angry at Joshua. She's angry at Sabrina. And yes, she really knows how to hold on to a grudge.

Adam - I wrote this story with a specific audience in mind - actually, as a request - and I felt that this type of environment would be the most appealing. I don't mean to give the impression that I believe this is a power dynamic that everyone is interested in; just that this hotel would be a place to go for people who do want this particular power dynamic. There could just as easily be another resort down the street that offers the same serum to men, but I wanted to focus on this one. So Sabrina isn't growing as a favour to Joshua; she's enjoying it just as much as he is. She just isn't struck dumb by it.
