Yes, there are in fact places on the internet to illegally download games like this.

And for those who have absolutely no grasp on Japanese, the games lose a lot of their potential... moreso if you can't get them to run.

If there was a easy way to buy them that is. And thats not always the case. ^^

Most hentai I've seen have writing that makes Capcom look like Shakespeare. IMO, you're better off not being able to understand it.

cool thanks but I never said anything about illegally downloading the game, I was trying to find were to buy it. The sits where in japanese so I was un able to find the right links, lol. I do believe in supporting stuff like this so more of it is made, and if populer enough might start getting transladed like some of the hantai I'v seen.

It'll be sold at various download shops, notably DLSite which does have an English side, but you'll have to wait a while longer for it to be available there. I do recommend just dealing with the Japanese side since there are more benefits and a wider variety of items being sold.

In any case, it should appear on one of these pages after the 22nd of August (interesting that the package release is also the same date, sometimes the package release comes with omake content not found in the download version):

There's no DRM and from my experience with one of their previous titles, they aren't too skimpy on content. Typically one should expect like 8-22 event CG (not including variations) for an average doujin game.
